Job description
Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Charge Nurse for the Open Heart department. You will supervise nursing staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure efficient patient care. The ideal candidate must possess a Registered Nurse license, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and at least 2 years of RN experience, including 3+ years in CVOR.
This role involves setting priorities, delegating tasks, and reviewing assignments to enhance staff performance and patient care efficiency. Candidates must have BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
