Job description
Lee Health Heart Institute seeks experienced Advanced Practice Providers to support the Open Heart ICU Team in Fort Myers, Florida. This single-site, 11-bed ICU operates with 6x13.5-hour shifts over a two-week period, with option for day, night, or mixed schedules and no on-call requirement.
The role emphasizes management of open heart and mechanical circulatory patients (ECMO, Impella) under surgeon supervision, in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
