Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support direct and indirect care. You will assist surgeons, perform operative/invasive procedures, and ensure sterile field readiness. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available to qualified applicants.
The role requires an Associate’s degree or Surgical Technology certificate, and 1+ years of experience is highly preferred. Expect collaboration across multiple specialties and a focus on patient safety and efficiency.
