Job description
Carle Health in Oakland is seeking a Scrub Tech to support surgeon-directed procedures in a fast-paced operating room. This role requires precise preparation, instrument handling, and teamwork to ensure patient safety.
You will scrub and assist across a range of procedures, adapt to surgeon preferences, and participate in turnover and case management. A 1+ year background in surgical technology and BLS are preferred; relocation and sign-on bonuses are available.
