Carle Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support direct and indirect patient care in the operating room. You will prepare for operative procedures, ensure equipment and sterile fields are ready, and assist the surgeon while adapting to each case's needs.
The role emphasizes running Mayo, matching surgeon technique, and maintaining patient safety with a calm, efficient approach across a variety of cases. Prior OR experience and BLS certification are valued.
