Job description
Carle Health is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons and perform operative procedures in a fast-paced OR setting. You will prepare for a variety of cases, maintain sterile technique, and ensure all instruments and equipment are ready for use.
Collaboration with surgeons and circulating staff is essential for efficient patient care. The role requires BLS certification within 3 months, an associate degree or Surgical Technology certificate, and 1+ years of OR experience
