Job description
Carle Health is seeking a Surgical Technician to support direct and indirect patient care during operative procedures. The role requires assisting the surgeon, preparing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field across cases.
Required qualifications include an Associate's degree or a Certificate in Surgical Technology and BLS within 3 months. One year of experience is highly preferred, with bonuses related to sign-on and relocation offered where applicable.
