The Role
OpenTrain is recruiting software engineers to support AI training through high-quality contributions to established open source codebases. You will develop and refine features, resolve complex bugs, improve legacy code, validate implementation quality, and explain technical decisions clearly.

What You’ll Do

Required Skills and Background

Expert-level proficiency in at least two of Python, C++, Java, Rust, TypeScript, Go, or C#

Strong judgment when validating code accuracy, output consistency, maintainability, and performance

Compensation and Schedule
