Columbia Association is seeking a Maintenance and Services - Open Space Operations Senior Tech to lead a maintenance crew across playgrounds, pathways, bridges, plazas, parking lots, lakes and more. You will schedule, supervise, and coordinate with contractors while ensuring safety and effective open space management.
The role requires strong communication, the ability to work outdoors in varied weather, and experience with heavy equipment and safety protocols.
