Madison Collective is seeking an Opening General Manager to launch a new French-Vietnamese restaurant in Palo Alto, CA. The role leads a 60–80 person front-of-house team, with P&L responsibility for a $10M annual operation and a focus on refined service in a welcoming, neighborhood-friendly environment.
