Job description
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Operating Partner to lead restaurant operations, uphold our standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee front and heart of house, manage the P&L, and mentor a diverse team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
The role requires 3–5 years GM-level experience in polished casual or fine dining, strong leadership, and a passion for wine.
