Job description
Ochsner Health System in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Surgical Specialist for the Operating Room to coordinate instrument and implantable device readiness for day-of-surgery, interact with surgeons, and perform scrub duties as needed.
The role requires OR experience, knowledge of surgical techniques, strong organizational and time-management skills, and BLS certification. This position emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance in a fast-paced environment.
