Job description
AtlantiCare is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager for the Operating Room Mainland. The role requires RN licensure in New Jersey, BLS, and 3 years of clinical experience within the specialty.
You will lead staff, provide education, and support performance improvement initiatives on a full-time, on-site basis. The Clinical Manager collaborates with department leadership, orients new employees, manages schedules and budgets, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
