Job description
Mission Health in Asheville, NC seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate patient care on a nursing unit. This role oversees daily clinical operations, supports bedside nurses, and ensures high-quality, patient-centered care. The Coordinator collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manages staffing and patient flow, supports evidence-based practice, and promotes safety, compliance, and documentation standards. You will mentor and educate staff, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and use advanced technology to improve patient outcomes across Western North Carolina.
