TriStar Health seeks an Operating Room Nurse Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical setting. This role coordinates patient care from pre-op through recovery, ensuring safety, sterile technique, and adherence to evidence-based protocols. The coordinator supports surgeons and anesthesia providers, mentors OR staff, assists with scheduling and workflow, and champions quality improvement and regulatory compliance while modeling TriStar’s patient-first, collaborative culture.
