Part-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Flexible Role in Outpatient Surgery
Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center – Frontenac, MO
Schedule: Part-time | 3 days per week | Weekdays only | No weekends, holidays, or call

Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center is offering an opportunity for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our outpatient surgery team. This part-time position provides a flexible 3 day-per-week schedule and is ideal for nurses looking to step away from the demands of inpatient care and embrace a calmer, more focused surgical setting.

About Us:
Frontenac Surgery and Spine Care Center is an accredited, state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility recognized by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. We operate three fully equipped ORs and a dedicated treatment room, serving patients with a strong commitment to quality and service. Our center focuses on Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, GYN, General, and Spine.
Your Role as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room:
Provide safe and efficient nursing care during surgical procedures
Assist with patient preparation and positioning
Coordinate the surgical team and maintain sterile technique
Deliver excellent patient-centered care in a high-functioning team environment
What We’re Looking For:
Current unrestricted RN license and graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of circulating OR experience
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
A professional, dependable team player committed to patient care excellence
Ideal candidate will be able to circulate and scrub
