Join our team at Mayfield Spine Surgery Center. Are you a skilled and compassionate operating room nurse seeking an extraordinary career opportunity at a state-of-the-art surgery center? Mayfield Spine Surgery Center is currently seeking to hire an Operating Room Registered Nurse.
Operating Room RN Registered Nurse at Mayfield Spine Surgery Center
The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
Ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.
Position requires weekdays only - no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
Must have a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
1+ years of experience working as a Circulator required.
Current American Heart BLS certification.

Required Skills: Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
At least 1 year experience as a RN in hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU unit.
Active RN license in the state.
BLS
Current ACLS / PALS preferred or included in education plan
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
