Job description
Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to SIH patients across units. You will assess needs, plan and implement care with the care team and document thoroughly.
Requires Illinois RN license, CPR/BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. You may float to various units to support patient safety and quality care.
