Job description
Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri seeks an Operating Room RN - First Assistant to deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and lead other caregivers while upholding Mercy's mission and standards.
The role requires active Missouri RN licensure, 2+ years intraoperative experience, and BLS/ACLS within 1 year. CNOR and RN-First Assistant certification are preferred or required within 1 year of hire.
