Job description
Ingenovis Health, in partnership with UK King's Daughters for Riverspan, is seeking a Registered First Nurse Assistant (RNFA) to scrub and circulate in the operating room. You will control bleeding, suture incisions, and manage complications as part of a collaborative OR team across multiple facilities in Wisconsin.
The role requires 1–2 years of recent experience in the primary care area and an active RN license in any US state, with possible facility-specific certifications.
