Job DescriptionHospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Easton, PA area for the following position: Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN). Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU experience, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.\ N Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
\ N Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem
\ N Employer features: Cross training, Level 1 trauma center, Level 3 trauma center, Level 4 trauma center, Magnet recognized, PTO
\ N Qualifications:\ N ADN or higher degree in nursing
\ N Active and unencumberedRegistered Nurse license
\ N 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
\ N ACLS, PALS certification preferred
\ N Experience with asepticand sterile techniques
\ N Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
\ N Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families
\ N Responsibilities:\ N Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
\ N Maintain an aseptic andsafe environment in the Operating Room
\ N Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned
\ N Monitor patients' vitalsigns and other physiological parameters during surgery
\ N Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care
