Job description

Experience:
• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match the address on the driver’s license. Assignment length may vary: 13-26 weeks.
Required Credentials: Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Robotics, ENT, Neuro, and Burns experience preferred.
Unit Details: Uses Epic.
Shift & Scheduling: M-F or , flexible based on volumes. Rotating call during weekdays and weekends based on department needs. Holiday call hours.
Floating Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed (rare).
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
Driver’s license required for submission
