Experience:
• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Hard-stop experience is required in Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Robotics, and trauma. Case cart, crash cart, and scrub experience is required. Experience with a microscope, laparoscopic camera and tower equipment, and arthroscope equipment is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: 5 years of experience preferred. Craniotomy experience preferred. Airway management preferred. Experience with Stealth Navigation Station and daVinci Xi is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details: Cases include orthopedics (total joints and ortho trauma), neurosurgery, vascular, robotics, general, GU, and GYN.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: Per Needs of unit. Call required: Per needs of unit. Shift start times could be 7am, 9am, 11am, 3pm. RTO restrictions: No more than 7 days. May need to cover one night shift within their contract as needed.
Floating Requirements: Floating may include Queen, Petaluma Valley, and Healdsburg.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
