Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience:
• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Trauma Level 2 facility is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center or large teaching hospital. Strong experience is required in multiple services, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, and Trauma.
Special Requests: You must be able to start on the start date specified for this job. Labs must be completed within 48 hours of accepting an offer. RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Shift & Scheduling: One on-call shift each 4 week cycle; on-call shifts are Saturdays and Sundays and are 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month.
Floating Requirements: Do not apply if you are not willing to meet the possible floating obligation. Cook is a mandatory float facility; all resources are required to float at the facility’s discretion.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
