Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Special Requests: Cannot have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months.
Unit Details: Patient types include GYN, general, urology, ENT, ortho, neuro spine, podiatry, vascular, and robotics.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule with 0700, 0930 and 1000 start times. No call.
Floating Requirements: May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
