Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.
Requirements:
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: CST must be competent in robotics (da Vinci Xi), PCNLs, nephrectomies, ureteral reimplants, hysterectomies, cystectomies, colpocleisis, hysteroscopies, and ureteroscopies.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in general, GU/GYN, ortho trauma, ortho joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics, plastics, dental, and endovascular is preferred.
Special Requests: Travel pairs are not accepted.
Unit Details: The team specializes in gynecology and genitourinary procedures. Patient population ranges from pediatrics to geriatrics. Equipment includes Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and an Intuitive robot.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation is 1:4. Call requirement: one overnight call, 11p-7a, for trauma call; if on a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho).
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
