Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

Special Requests: Cannot currently be employed anywhere else on a per-diem basis.

Shift & Scheduling: The assignment includes 0-2 stay-late call shifts per week from . Additionally, the assignment includes 1-3 12-hour call shifts in a 6-week period; these are either 7a-7p or 7p-7a on weekends and holidays only.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
