Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Candidates must have strong experience with total joints, general, vascular, and spine.
Special Requests: An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you are applying to. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Cases include all types except transplant. CVOR cases include CABG, valve, pacers, lead extractions, and lung cases; Main OR cases include orthopedic, general/vascular, neuro/spine, ENT, and trauma cases. Telemetry equipment: Philips. Ventilators are available. Respiratory therapy is available 24/7. Pharmacy is available 24/7. No IV team is available.
Shift & Scheduling: 12 hour day/mid shifts or ). Shift may be 8s, 10s, or 12s. Weekend coverage is via call. Holiday coverage is via call. On-call: 1 - 2 weeknights per week. Weekend call is approximately 1x/month from end of shift Friday - 6:30 am Monday.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certifications CORST, NCORST, NCST, NCST, NRCST, TS-C
