Job description
Catholic Medical Center seeks a Surgical Technologist to support safe, high-quality surgical care. In this role, you will prepare operating rooms, arrange and maintain sterile instruments, and assist surgeons and nurses during procedures. You’ll adhere to strict infection control standards, ensure equipment is functioning properly, and anticipate surgical team needs. Working in a collaborative, compassionate environment, you’ll support patient dignity and safety while contributing to excellent clinical outcomes and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
