Job description
WVU seeks a Surgical Technologist to provide intraoperative care by assisting the surgical team during procedures. Qualified candidates will have completed a Surgical Technology program or have relevant experience, and must maintain certification in Basic Life Support.
The role requires strong aseptic technique and involves performing counts of instruments, preparing for surgery, and ensuring a sterile environment in the operating room. Physical demands include prolonged standing and lifting.
