Job description
Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced OR Flow Manager to optimize patient movement in a busy perioperative setting.
You will lead the operating room scheduling for 46 rooms, coordinating with anesthesia, nursing leadership, surgeons, and perioperative teams to ensure efficient flow and resource use. The role requires a BSN and prior Operating Room Charge Nurse experience, with a preferred Master’s in healthcare, operations, or engineering.
