Job description
Operations Support SpecialistLearn and utilize multiple software programs.Work as a team player.Professional customer service and phone skills.Process various reports.Occasionally act as liaison with customers.Troubleshoot/resolve any necessary issues.Stay on task and focused.Other duties as assigned.Be flexible, able to swap between tasks and able to cover as needed (shifts or projects).Work overtime as required.Able to sit/stand 8-10 hours and lift 25-50lbs as needed. Along with being able to bench/reach frequently as needed.Ability to read and comprehend instructions.Must have excellent computer skills and accuracy.Adaptability to different personalities.Respond timely to emails.Maintain good attendance and punctuality.Maintain filing and paperwork as required.Follow all safety requirements.
