Job description
Universal Instruments Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across the Operations function. You will lead strategic improvement initiatives, embed a culture of CI, and deliver measurable business impact by improving productivity, quality, and cost performance.
In this role you will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to build scalable processes, establish KPIs, and coach teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to sustain gains.
