Job description
Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader for the Horseheads, NY site to drive operational excellence by deploying Lean and Eaton Business System (EBS) principles, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and removing roadblocks to deliver improvements in safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost, and culture.
You will coach CI resources, partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering, and maintain site layouts to support improved material and process flow.
