Job description
The role involves serving as the primary operational liaison for satellite, cellular, and cloud managed services, ensuring service excellence and financial health through proactive monitoring, asset management, and technical documentation.
Key responsibilities include incident and performance management , overseeing alerts and metrics; logistics and asset management , maintaining accurate hardware inventories; financial oversight , tracking cloud usage and advising on cost-saving measures; and leading operational readiness by supporting service deployment and developing SOPs.
Qualifications include
experience in logistics support and IT Service Management (ITIL preferred)
strong analytical skills in financial oversight
excellent communication abilities
ability to work independently and in teams
Active Secret Clearance and US citizenship are required.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s in supply chain management, IT, or related fields, proficiency in monitoring tools, and experience with logistics policies.
Compensation ranges from $79,000 to $127,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits fostering employee well-being, growth, and community involvement.
