Maintenance SupervisorLOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USAQualificationsRequires high school diploma or GED5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership in Maintenance or a manufacturing environmentRequires 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environmentAssociate's degree in a related field is preferred, but not requiredAbility to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a teamStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skillsSelf-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsWhat We Are SeekingWe're looking for hands-on Maintenance Supervisors to lead activities in our production environment. In this role, you'll lead employee performance on the floor, while maintaining all safety, quality and productivity standards. You'll build and maintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees, provide clear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuous improvement.
