Job Description: Plans, budgets, oversees, documents, and reports on all aspects of assigned projects. Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion.
Manages practice and provider transitions, including new practice locations and relocations.
Facilitates communication and collaboration with cross-functional business partners to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Works closely with Project Managers and other leaders to assign tasks, assist with schedule management, and ensure accurate and timely work completion.
Assists with insurance website eligibility access requests and completes patient notification letters as needed.
Collaborates with Business Development to complete branding crosswalk submissions.
Analyzes risks and opportunities to inform project planning and execution.
Acts as a point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
Develops and implements strategies to optimize project outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
Provides leadership and guidance to internal teams to ensure project success.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Good time management skills, highly organized and great attention to detail (Required)
Proficient communication in all formats (Required)
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills (Required)
Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the use of SharePoint (Required)

Willing to learn new technology or processes (Required)
Strong problem-solving skills (Required)
Work Experience: 3+ provider interaction, project coordination or relationship building (Required)
4+ professional experience (Required)
Education: Associate (Required)
Bachelor's (Preferred)
High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Additional Information: An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement: Associate's and 2+ years professional experience OR
High School Grad or Equiv and 4+ years of professional experience

$51,771.20 - $96,304.00
