Operations Accountant– GP Fund Solutions

nWhat You'll Do:
nnDaily maintenance of journal entries related to payroll, expenses, accruals, and other routine transactions, including processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
nProvide client service across a range of matters, including transaction recording and analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of financial workpaper packages.
nPrepare and/or review cash reporting and execute payments via wire and check.
nMaintain accurate client and investor wiring instructions across multiple entities.
nPrepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports, including bank account reconciliations.
nAssist in the coordination of annual tax packages.
nPrepare and oversee semi-monthly payrolls using third-party vendors.
nPrepare and review quarterly accounts receivable invoices.
nAdditional responsibilities may arise based on business need.
n nWhat We're Looking For:
nnBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
n0-2 years of experience, Internships included
nStrong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, US GAAP Expertise.
nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
