Elliot is seeking an Operations Administration Associate to play a critical role in supporting our operations through accurate payroll processing, customer billing, and administrative coordination.In this position, you'll work closely with project managers, field employees, and customers to ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time, invoices are processed efficiently, and project records are maintained with precision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.What You'll DoProcess weekly payroll for an assigned group of employees with a high degree of accuracyGenerate, review, and distribute customer invoicesBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partnersAssist employees with timesheet questions and correctionsResearch billing discrepancies and reconcile payroll and billing dataPartner with project managers to ensure accurate and timely billing based on project requirementsMaintain organized records and documentation related to contracts, payroll, and invoicingSupport daily administrative functions that contribute to operational successWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlinesHigh attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracySelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsPrior payroll, billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel and OutlookValid driver's license requiredAbility to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screeningWhy Join Davis H.
