Operations Administration InternCogent Analytics is seeking an Operations Administration Intern for a six- to twelve-month rotational internship. This position will cross-train across the core functions of our Operations Administration team, building the knowledge needed to cover each Operations Administrator.As the intern becomes proficient in each area, they will assume day-to-day responsibilities, allowing team members to complete their own cross-training. This role will directly support the team's goal of creating full cross-functional coverage and operational continuity.This internship is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesCross-train in invoicing, collections, report generation, and client lifecycle trackingLearn and work across ClickUp, Fulcrum, Core, and TableauProvide coverage for Operations Administrators after demonstrating proficiency in each functionMaintain accurate client, financial, and operational recordsGenerate reports and track required follow-up activitiesHelp ensure administrative responsibilities continue without interruptionFollow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencyHandle financial and client information with accuracy, professionalism, and discretionQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable learning multiple systems and business processesAble to manage changing priorities and follow tasks through completionClear written and verbal communication skillsDependable, adaptable, and willing to support different team membersComfortable working with reports, financial information, and detailed recordsAble to work independently after receiving trainingCollege juniors and seniors studying Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field may be especially well aligned.
