Operations AssistantWatchfinder & Co. | Fort Worth, TXRole OverviewThis exciting role will see you at the heart of our Watchfinder US Logistics Hub, based in the Richemont North America office in Dallas – Fort Worth, Texas. As a key member in the US logistics team, you will be responsible for logistic and stock control functions within our Watchfinder US Operations. Helping with package reception, package handling, stock management of product, and photography of product for online publishing.ResponsibilitiesReceiving packages and checking for accuracyUnpacking and packing of parcelsPicking and filing of product and boxesPhotography of product for online publishingAssist with inventory control processes (e.g., daily/weekly/monthly counts and stock movements) to ensure a successful inventoryMaintain inventory of presentation boxes within an Excel spreadsheetAssist with stock movements (both systematic and physical) between the logistic and servicing operationsDispatch watches to assist S&L Coordinators as neededQualificationsAble to follow processes and proceduresExcellent organizational skillsKeen eye for detailMicrosoft Excel a plusAbility to work on feet for 8 hoursRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
