Eligible for benefits within 30 days of employment.What will you do?Assists payroll by entering, monitoring, and auditing employee piece rate, hourly pay, and employee attendance dataUpdates time records for employeesFacilitate the Onboarding processSupports the production department with office related tasks as neededScrubs and closes installation and parts ordersProcess paperwork and file as neededAssist in coordinating PIE events, employee engagement activitiesAnswer phones as neededUpdate data and run reports as neededAssist employees with reimbursement forms and filing themWhat are we looking for?Highly proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office suitMust be results driven with the ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environmentMust possess proficient computer skillsCustomer service skillsAble to multi task wellHigh attention to detailAble to think on your own and request assistance when neededMust possess the ability to gain the knowledge and understanding of parts listsMust be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, quality and performanceMust pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employmentAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
