Restaurant Operations AssistantWe are looking for a talented Restaurant Operations Assistant who has experience in a similar role. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about hospitality and is task oriented.Responsibilities:The Operations Assistant is a very important role in the restaurant where you are expected to support the Chef and Management Teams with administrative tasks.You will be responsible for payroll and other similar assignments.Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a great work environment for our employees.Qualifications:1-2 years of Operations Assistant experience in a high volume, fine dining establishmentOrganized and proficient at multitaskingReliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situationsStrong verbal communication skillsCommitted to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitalityThrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureFluent in English and Spanish is preferredTipped Position: This position does not earn tips
