Job TitleJob DescriptionProvides hands-on supervision of all restaurant operations, occasionally assisting with serving, hosting, or cooking to set the pace and ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, recipes, and procedures, while also monitoring guest flow and service ticket times to maintain consistency.Manages the guest experience by providing information, conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining order, seeking assistance from military police when necessary.Handles administrative and financial duties, including overseeing cash and inventory, supervising employee timekeeping and performance reporting, and performing opening/closing security checks.
