Operations AssociatesWe're looking for Operations Associates to join our fast moving team to work to help make Spot run by assembling at-home diagnostics kits on a part-time, contract basis. Our product kits are a combination of goods or literature packaged together in a mailer, carton, or pouch. They are often used as medical test sets. Part-time and flexible hours. Set your own schedule. Perfect for college students looking for extra work.ObjectivesFollow company packing procedures and standardsHandle inventory with care and attention to detailEnsure product orders are packed and moved carefullyResponsibilitiesFollow different workflows as production requiresFold and glue boxes and mailersShrinkwrap kit boxesPrint mailing addresses, date codes, or ID numbers for packagingInsert product literature into kitsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 18 years oldAble to lift up to 50 poundsAble to stand up to 4 hours at a timeDetail-orientedMust be able to show proof of vaccinationBachelors Degree or equivalent experience in operations, growth, or strategy at a start-up, biotech company, or in healthcareAbility to think on your feet to creatively solve any problem and an appetite to take on a variety of tasksDemonstrated ability to contribute/own product initiatives and figure things out quicklyStrong communication, analytical, research, and presentation skillsProven track record of exceptional ability andThriving with uncertainty and highly motivatedBenefitsTalented and collaborative coworkers who will both push and support youMarket competitive payThis a part-time position based in Cincinnati, OH
