Location: Greer, SC
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5:30 am-2:00 pm

Job Duties
Produce orders by following established standard operating procedures
Communicate delays or problems that may keep a specific order from being completed
Ensure quality standards as defined by the organization are maintained during production
Confirm orders are accurate for quantities, placement locations, and garment types
Maintain daily production records
Follow preventative maintenance procedures
Be open to cross-training and working in other departments as business needs change
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Operations Associate.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 20 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
