DraftKings is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day platform operations for our Jackpocket product in a fast-paced tech environment. You’ll monitor system performance, coordinate issue resolution, and streamline processes across product, engineering, and customer support. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, maintaining documentation, improving workflows, and ensuring high reliability and compliance with internal standards.
