THE ROLE
* Oversee day-to-day operational effectiveness, ensuring seamless product flow, inventory control, and merchandise accuracy in alignment with business priorities
* Execute weekly and monthly cycle counts and lead annual inventory processes to ensure proper inventory levels, accuracy, and accountability across all categories
* Manage product deliveries, defectives through CEGID, and stockroom organization
* Partner with sales team to fulfill client requests and provide floor support as needed
* Ensure proper supply replenishment and on hand level management
* Continuously refine processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize shrink, and uphold Thom Browne's standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Minimum 1-2 years of Retail Operations and/or Inventory Management experience
* Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills; comfortable working autonomously, as well as partnering with team members
* Excellent communication, follow up and interpersonal skills
* Proven analytical skills, strong attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
