Operations BillposterGREAT VIEWS, GREAT CAREERS! Lind Media Company, Ohio's largest independent Outdoor Advertising company, has an immediate opening for an Operations Billposter in the Mansfield, Ohio region.The objective of the Operations Billposter position is to post billboards, complete maintenance projects, and vegetation control. We are seeking a candidate with general maintenance skills, the ability to climb, and work independently. A good driving record is a must. A high degree of ability to perform effectively under fluctuating weather conditions is a must. Competitive pay and bonus programs are available.Major Activities and Responsibilities:Post on billboard structuresVegetation controlBillboard maintenanceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:Works well in a fast-paced environmentWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain cooperative working relationshipsSkill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal directionAbility to lift a minimum of 50lbsEducation and Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentCurrent and Valid Driver's LicenseWelding Experience is a plusPhysical Demands and Work Environment:The work environment for this position is outside.The physical demands for this position include climbing, lifting 50+ pounds, driving, and sitting less than 20% of the time, standing, talking, turning, and walking.
