Operations Clerk - Franklin Park ILABOUT QCD: Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for selected food service Industry customers. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States. Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. Beyond offering logistics jobs, we build careers and fuel the future of foodservice distribution.In This Role, You’ll:Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systemsManage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaintsTrack supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teamsPrint and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows movingConduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrityHelp resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departmentsWhat You’ll Bring:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus)Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraintsWorking knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plusAbility to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systemsClear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionallyThe Schedule & Setting:Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouseSun-Wed 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay & Benefits:Starting pay: $22.15Weekly pay (every Friday)Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and moreCompany-provided uniforms and work shoesWhy Join Us: We’re not just in the business of distribution - we’re in the business of development.
